أولاً: شروط الاسترداد المالي (Refund Terms)

في إنترناشيونال ليموزين، نسعى دائماً لضمان رضا عملائنا وتوفير تجربة حجز آمنة وموثوقة. تخضع عمليات الاسترداد المالي للمدفوعات المسبقة الخاصة بخدمات الليموزين وتأجير السيارات (Car Rental) للشروط الموضحة أدناه:

  • الإلغاء المبكر: يحق للعميل استرداد كامل المبلغ المدفوع مسبقاً لخدمات ليموزين المطار أو المشاوير الخاصة في حال طلب الإلغاء قبل الموعد المحدد بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل.
  • عقود تأجير السيارات (Car Rental): بالنسبة لحجوزات تأجير السيارات الفاخرة أو الاقتصادية لفترات طويلة، يتم استرداد القيمة المالية كاملة إذا تم الإلغاء قبل موعد الاستلام بـ 48 ساعة. في حال الإلغاء المتأخر، قد يتم خصم رسوم إدارية تعادل قيمة حجز يوم واحد.
  • الحالات الاستثنائية: إذا تم إلغاء الرحلة من طرفنا لأي أسباب قاهرة أو أعطال فنية خارجة عن الإرادة، يحق للعميل استرداد كامل حقوقه المالية فوراً وبدون أي استقطاعات.

ثانياً: آلية وفترة معالجة الأموال

يتم إرجاع المبالغ المستحقة عبر نفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية التي استخدمها العميل أثناء الحجز (بطاقات ائتمانية، محافظ إلكترونية، أو تحويل بنكي). يرجى العلم أن فترة ظهور المبلغ في حسابكم تستغرق عادةً من 5 إلى 14 يوم عمل، وذلك حسب السياسات البنكية الخاصة بمزود الخدمة لديك.

1. Refund Eligibility Framework

At International Limousine, we uphold financial integrity to safeguard client trust. Advanced deposits or complete payments managed for limousine transfers and **Car Rental** operations adhere strictly to the following parameters:

  • Advanced Cancellation Notice: Clients are eligible for a 100% full financial refund on airport limousine bookings if the formal cancellation order is verified at least 24 hours prior to the designated pickup time.
  • Strategic Car Rental Voidance: Short-term or corporate car hire booking modifications receive a total refund if authorized 48 hours before vehicle handover. Late notifications may suffer an administrative processing deduction equal to a single day's hire rate.
  • Force Majeure Contingencies: Should our operational hub cancel any premium transfer due to safety protocols or vehicle technical issues, a full complete refund is instantly allocated to the consumer.

2. Transaction Processing Matrix

Approved refunds are processed exclusively through the initial gateway channel utilized during checkout (Credit/Debit Card, Digital Wallets, or Direct Bank Wire). Please allow 5 to 14 business days for the credited fund transaction settlement to reflect on your banking statement, depending on localized financial institution clearing protocols.
